Amplifier Repair
We perform guitar amp repairs (for valve or tube amps and solid-state or transistor amps), guitar effects pedal repairs, PA amplifier repairs and repair almost anything electronic a band might use. In fact we can carry out most general electrical and electronic repairs and hold tester and tagger license.
Whatever kind of guitar amplifier you have, you need it to work perfectly. We do amp repairs with all makes including Fender, Marshall, Boogie, Vox, Hi-Watt, Roland, Peavey etc.
Customise your Amp Sound
Even if your amp is techinically performing well, you might need it to sound a bit different. We can help you by customising the circuitry of your amplifier to give you just the sound you're after.
Vintage Amp Restorations
Vintage guitar amp restoration is a specialty of ours.
An old amp may be worth much more than you think, especially if it is working. We love to restore vintage amplifiers to get them working again and producing the classic sounds they were built for.

Joe's Background
Joe started in electronics while at school and was continually being told to concentrate on his school work instead of running an electronics business in the classroom.
At 16, Joe was given a job by Tandy Electronics after, as a customer, he was observed helping a succession of other customers decide which parts they needed to buy.
Joe then went on to become a video and audio technician in Melbourne. Joe also gained experience servicing poker machines and other amusement equipment.
He also worked as national service/technical manager at a leading electrical manufacturer before moving to Wollongong and setting up his Guitar Amplifier Repair business.

Pick-up and Delivery
